Adelaide Perry Prize for Drawing 2016

PLC Sydney invites you to the official opening of the Adelaide Perry Prize for Drawing Exhibition of Finalists 2016, from 7 pm Friday 26 February at Adelaide Perry Gallery. Ms Julie Ewington, independent curator and writer, shortlisted 46 artists for the $25,000 acquisitive award from over 600 entries received from across Australia. Ms Ewington returns to the Gallery for the opening event and will announce the winner. All welcome.

Exhibition continues 27 February – 25 March

Weekdays 8.30 am – 4.00 pm

Saturdays 11.00 am – 4.00 pm

2017 Proposed Choir and History Tour

 Expressions of interest are open to students in the College Chamber Choir and History students to attend this wonderful proposed Tour for 2017.

There will be an information evening for interested students and their parents on Monday 29 February.

MUSIC ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR MONDAY FEBRUARY 1

 

1.       PRIVATE MUSIC LESSONS.

·         If you wish to enrol private music lessons here at PLC you must make sure that you fill in an online form on the College website.

·          https://www.plc.nsw.edu.au/microsites/performing-arts/music/private-tuition-enrolment

·         If you have already enrolled for 2016, and you know who your private teacher is, please either take a photo of your timetable and email it to your teacher or send a copy of the timetable to Ms McCarthy the Performing Arts Secretary.

·         Ms Ros Jewkes (clarinet and saxophone teacher) will be in on Friday to take her students and all teachers will be starting lessons in week 3 next week.
